Aanaar’s beloved seasonal dinner series continues with the flavours of autumn!
Start your day in the peace of the forest and end it with a spectacular mushroom menu at Restaurant Aanaar.
During the day:
Join a short guided mushroom foraging trip with a trained mushroom guide, and learn to identify and pick the most delicious mushrooms of the season.
Research shows that spending time in the forest lowers blood pressure and boosts overall well-being. Autumn is harvest season, mushrooms are its stars, and your guide will share tips for handling and cooking them.
In the evening:
Enjoy a carefully crafted 5-course mushroom dinner celebrating the flavours of autumn:
- Mushroom tartare – spruce mayo, marinated mushroom
- Mushroom arancini – mushroom crème, balsamic syrup
- Stuffed goose leg – creamy mushroom sauce
- Cucumber gin granite – mushroom powder
- Porcini ice cream – white chocolate sponge cake, porcini caramel
