What does Lapland taste like in the middle of summer?

For one week, Restaurant Aanaar invites you to discover the flavours of the Arctic through a special Wild Tapas menu and handcrafted wild herb drinks.

Expect the fresh, vibrant flavours of fireweed, spruce tips, nettle, angelica and pine, paired with local favourites such as smoked reindeer, cured trout and whitefish roe. Small bites inspired by the forests, riverbanks and meadows surrounding us—created to celebrate the short but abundant Arctic summer.
