Arctic Ocean Dinner at Restaurant Aanaar

For one evening, Aanaar’s kitchen turns its gaze even further north – towards the shores of the Arctic Ocean and its unique flavours.

For this special night we have created an exclusive five-course menu where the treasures of the northern seas take the leading role. During the dinner you will enjoy ingredients such as king crab, seaweed and wolffish, reimagined in Aanaar’s kitchen and inspired by northern nature, herbs and the season.

The menu takes us for a moment to the Norwegian coast and the Arctic Ocean, while also bringing in flavours from the Arctic forest. The evening naturally ends with Verdens beste cake, “the world’s best cake”, where lingonberry meets gentle caramel notes of the north.
