Welcome to celebrate the end of the year at Restaurant Aanaar!
Our kitchen has created two five-course Christmas menus – a classic and a vegetarian version – where the familiar flavors of Christmas take on a new and delicious form in Aanaar style.
The Christmas menus are available on Saturday evenings in November, 15.11. and 22.11., as well as on Friday 12.12. in December, from 5 pm to 8 pm.
The menus can also be reserved on other evenings for groups of at least 10 people.
5-COURSE MENU – 78€ per person:
- Reindeer broth, reindeer liver pâté brioché & rosolli
(Vegetarian option: Vegetarble broth, mushroom brioche & rosolli)
- Trout mi-cuit, fish roe, smetana, almond potato blini & pickled vegetables
(Vegetarian option: Root rose, Caviar, Smetana, Almond potato blini & Pickled vegetables)
- Braised malt pork cheek, forest turnip purée, rotissuer mustard-cognac sauce & apple-plum chutney
(Vegetarian option: Glögi glaced roots, Cheese espuma & Beetroot chips)
- Orange-ginger sorbet & sparkling wine foam
- Warm chocolate mousse, cherry ice-cream & gingerbread tuille
